Short answer: no, there is no Sandals resort in Aruba. The closest Sandals is Sandals Curaçao (formerly Sandals Royal Curaçao), on Aruba’s neighbor island about 70 miles to the east. If Aruba appeals to you because it’s dry, sunny and sits south of the main hurricane belt, Curacao gives you that same ABC-island weather with Sandals’ adults-only all-inclusive.

The closest Sandals to Aruba: Sandals Curaçao
- Where it is: inside the 3,000-acre Santa Barbara estate on the southern tip of Curacao, about 15 miles from Curacao’s airport.
- Opened: June 2022, so it’s one of the newest Sandals resorts.
- Sunsets: the resort faces west, so you get sunset over the water every night.
- Weather: Curacao, like Aruba and Bonaire, sits south of the main hurricane belt. Big storms are rare there (not impossible), which is why a lot of couples who first look at Aruba end up here.
- How it works: adults-only and all-inclusive, the same as every Sandals: meals, drinks, tips and most activities are included, and butler suites are available.

Want to stay in Aruba anyway?
We book Aruba too. Aruba has adults-only all-inclusive resorts; they just aren’t Sandals. Tell us what you liked about Sandals (adults-only, tips included, the butler, the overwater rooms) and we’ll price an Aruba option side by side with Sandals Curaçao so you can see the real difference before you choose.
