Three Walt Disney World Michelin restaurants now have the hardware to match the headlines. Victoria & Albert’s, Cítricos, and Toledo have received their official 2026 Michelin Guide plaques. A Walt Disney World Ambassador shared photos of the celebration and credited the chefs and teams “whose passion, creativity and dedication help make these world-class dining experiences possible.”

Does Walt Disney World Really Have Upscale Dining?

Mention “dining at Walt Disney World” to many, and they’ll instantly picture a beige wasteland of lukewarm chicken tenders, soggy French fries, and children smeared with melted Mickey bars. While the siren call of a golden-brown nugget is admittedly hard to resist after walking twelve miles in the Florida heat, writing off Disney cuisine as mere concession-stand fare is a tragic culinary misstep.
Hidden right past the churro carts lies a dazzling realm of genuine signature dining. We’re talking about high-end culinary destinations where crisp tablecloths replace paper napkins, and the wine lists are thick enough to double as doorstops. You can savor melt-in-your-mouth steak at Topolino’s Terrace, feast on oak-fired steaks while watching fireworks at California Grill, or dress to the nines for a multi-course tasting menu at Victoria & Albert’s, a restaurant boasting a literal Michelin star, where chicken fingers are strictly a myth.
So, let the skeptics double-fist their ketchup packets while you sip a perfectly aged Cabernet paired with pan-seared sea scallops. Walt Disney World fine dining is proof that you can enjoy world-class gourmet artistry right in the neighborhood of a giant talking mouse.
The Walt Disney World Michelin restaurants’ recently awarded plaques are the finishing touch on recognition announced earlier this year. The 2026 Michelin Guide Florida results arrived in late May. Here is what the guide says about Disney’s three honorees, plus the other Walt Disney World area restaurants that made the list.
Walt Disney World Michelin Restaurants: Victoria & Albert’s Holds Its Star

Victoria & Albert’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa kept its one Michelin Star for the third year in a row. Walt Disney World earned its first star here in 2024, and the restaurant remains the first and only one owned and operated by a U.S. theme park to hold a star. Michelin’s inspectors warn that a table here is far from easy to book, and they describe the pacing of the meal as “a leisurely, three-hour waltz.”
Although subject to change, the prix-fixe menu begins at $295.00 per Guest. Optional wine pairings start at $155.00 per Guest. Zero-proof pairings start at $115.00 per Guest. Victoria & Albert’s is also the only Florida restaurant to hold both the AAA Five Diamond and Forbes Travel Guide Five Star awards. Menus and prices change, so confirm current details when you book.
Cítricos and Toledo Earn Michelin Selected Status

Cítricos and Toledo appear in the 2026 guide without a star or a Bib Gourmand. Michelin selected restaurants are recommended by inspectors for the quality of their cooking, and that the inclusion is a recognition in its own right.
Cítricos sits on the second floor of the Grand Floridian and serves coastal American cooking built around seafood, citrus and tropical fruit. The guide’s write up points to a corn bisque with pickled fennel and popcorn, guava braised short ribs with cheddar grits, and an orange blossom flan. The menu is seasonal, so dishes rotate.
Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood is on the 16th floor of Gran Destino Tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. The cuisine is Spanish, with tapas, steaks and seafood, and the guide notes that a window table offers a view of the Epcot fireworks. Michelin also says Toledo is easier on the wallet than other Walt Disney World upscale restaurants, though it is still not inexpensive.
More Disney World Michelin Restaurants Beyond the Big Three

Disney’s three honorees are not the only names on the list. The guide also recognizes more restaurants on Walt Disney World property, and some of the recognized spots are third-party restaurants rather than Disney-owned.
At Disney Springs, Michelin recommends Morimoto Asia and The Polite Pig in the 2026 guide. Morimoto Asia is a two-level pan-Asian restaurant from Chef Masaharu Morimoto. The guide calls it “The cooking is pan-Asian and the menu spans everything from American-Chinese classics and Korean specialties, to ramen and sushi. Ingredients employed here are impressive; flavors are subtle yet balanced and technique is solid. ”

The guide’s description calls The Polite Pig’s barbecue-leaning menu a winner and singles out the brisket. If Disney Springs is on your itinerary, our Disney Springs restaurant guide covers more places to eat.

At Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort, two other signature dining options demand consideration, Capa Steakhouse & Bar and Ravello. Capa, a Spanish-inspired steakhouse on the 17th floor, held a star in 2025 but no longer does. Ravello focuses on modern Italian cooking.
What Michelin Recognition Means for Your Trip
A Michelin Star signals high quality cooking worth a stop. Two stars mean exceptional cooking worth a detour, and three stars mean cuisine worth a special journey. Restaurants are reassessed every year, so each plaque reflects the latest guide. Across the Orlando area, there are about 60 recognized restaurants in the 2026 guide, six of them with stars. You can also browse the full list on the official Michelin Guide site.
