Disney Jollywood Nights returns to Disney’s Hollywood Studios on Nov. 7, and the first taste of this year’s menu has arrived. In a new Disney Eats video on the Disney Parks YouTube channel, Full House stars John Stamos and Jodie Sweetin play a retro game show called “Name It!” and try to guess six holiday dishes headed to the party. Have mercy, indeed.

Disney Jollywood Nights is a separately ticketed holiday party held after regular park hours at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Think Christmas in classic Hollywood: Art Deco Sunset Boulevard, live jazz and swing, glamorous stage shows, rare characters, specialty cocktails, and plenty of event-exclusive food.
It is a different vibe than Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom. Mickey’s party leans into parades, castle shows and traditional Disney Christmas imagery. Jollywood Nights is more about atmosphere, music, lounges and characters you rarely get to meet. 2026 is the event’s fourth season, and for the first time it continues past New Year’s Day with two January dates.

Disney’s “Name It!” video is hosted once again by Heidi, the glamorous version of the 50’s Prime Time Café waitress, with Chef Fallon revealing the official name of each dish. Here is everything shown in the preview. Disney has not released prices yet.
Twix on a Classic Pie
Where: Fairfax Fare | Status: New for 2026
A shortbread cookie crust is layered with caramel mousse and finished with rich chocolate ganache, plus a tiny gingerbread man on top. In other words, it is a Twix bar that went to finishing school and became a pie. This one did not appear on the 2025 menu.
Yuletide Ham Popover
Where: Fairfax Fare | Status: New for 2026
A house made popover is stuffed with honey glazed ham, mashed potatoes, gravy and a zesty cranberry chutney, then finished with chives. Chef Fallon described it in the video as “kind of like everything you’d have for the holidays in one little popover.” Last year, Fairfax Fare served a Holiday Turkey Popover with a similar build, so this is the ham sequel.
Hickory Holiday Mac
Where: Backlot Express | Status: Returning favorite
Macaroni and cheese is topped with savory barbecue pulled pork, crispy fried onions and a drizzle of chili sauce. Last year’s version was listed with burnt ends, so the protein appears to have changed for the Jollywood Nights 2026 menu.
Kermit Chocolate-Pistachio Sundae
Where: Hollywood Scoops | Status: Reimagined for 2026
Pistachio ice cream, chocolate cake, kataifi, green cookie crumbs and green M&M’s fill Kermit’s souvenir cup, topped with whipped cream and green sprinkles. Last year’s Kermit treat at Hollywood Scoops was a mint flavored sundae, so it is officially not easy being green this year, just pistachio flavored.
Bing Bong Candy Lemonade
Where: Market, near the entrance to Toy Story Land | Status: Returning favorite
Frozen strawberry lemonade meets butterfly pea flower tea, which gives the drink its purple color, and the cup is topped with cotton candy and freeze dried Skittles. Fitting, since Bing Bong is made of cotton candy. The video also slipped in some Inside Out trivia: according to the filmmakers, Bing Bong is part cat, part elephant and part dolphin.
Popcorn Crafted Soda
Where: Ice Cold Hydraulics | Status: New for 2026
Coca-Cola Zero Sugar is poured with popcorn flavored oat milk and crowned with freshly popped popcorn. Is it a drink? Is it a snack? At Hollywood Studios, it is both, and it is very on brand for a party celebrating the movies with this Jollywood Nights 2026 menu item.
Santa Gertie Cookie
Where: Dinosaur Gertie’s Ice Cream of Extinction (Echo Lake area) | Status: Returning favorite
It would not be Jollywood Nights without Gertie. The park’s Echo Lake dinosaur returns in shortbread cookie form with icing, a dusting of snow and a festive Santa hat.

If you want to sit down, Jazzy Holidays takes over The Hollywood Brown Derby during every Jollywood Nights event. Live musicians play jazz arrangements and holiday standards while guests order from an event exclusive menu. The regular Brown Derby menu is not offered. The confirmed 2026 menu includes:
- Jazzy Sliders: bison and pork with onion jam and Gorgonzola cheese on a brioche roll
- Chorizo Arancini: shaved Parmesan and salmorejo tomato sauce
- Pork Belly Bao: Korean barbecue, cucumber slaw and soy vinaigrette

Jollywood Nights guests can enter at 5:30 p.m., two hours before the party officially starts. That is a great window to try the park’s regular holiday menu, which runs Nov. 7 through Jan. 5 at most locations. Food is a big part of the evening, but it is far from the only reason to go. Here is what Disney has announced for 2026:

- What’s This? Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas Sing-Along: Jack Skellington leads a theatrical sing along at Hyperion Theater.
- Glisten!: Champion skaters perform in front of the Chinese Theater, and Donald, Daisy and Genie join the show for the first time in 2026.
- Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!: The Prep & Landing projection and fireworks show on the Chinese Theater, with snowfall along Hollywood Boulevard.
- Twilight Soirée at the Tip Top Club: Live swing music and cocktails in the courtyard of the Hollywood Tower Hotel.
- Pixar Disco: A DJ dance party in Pixar Plaza with characters such as Edna Mode, Frozone, Joy and Mike Wazowski.

Tips for Eating Your Way Through Jollywood Nights
- Use the 5:30 p.m. entry. Eat a real dinner before the party starts so your paid party hours go to shows, characters and party exclusive snacks.
- Pick three or four must try items. Nobody can try all the Jollywood Nights 2026 menu items dishes in one night. Plan around the treats you care about most.
- Grab souvenir items early. Specialty cups and limited items can sell out, especially late in the season.
- Build around Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! Plan snack stops near the Chinese Theater so you are not across the park when the show starts.
- Dress for the weather. Central Florida nights can be warm or surprisingly chilly after midnight, and much of the event is outdoors.

For the first time, Jollywood Nights runs into January, with parties on Jan. 3 and Jan. 5, 2027. That overlaps with Disney’s first spring 2027 offers, which start Jan. 3 and include package savings of up to $150 per night at Deluxe resorts and room only savings of up to 20% for most Sunday through Thursday nights through Feb. 25.
