Hi! My name is Jenn and I would be happy to help you plan your “magical” Disney vacation! The first time I visited the Walt Disney World Resort was back in 1988 when I was 10 years old and I don’t think I ever left. I started working there when I was 20 and since have worked in merchandise, attractions, and in reservations. I was even given the unique opportunity to work at Disneyland Paris for a year as well!
I truly enjoy my job here with Pixie Vacations and realize the unique privilege that I receive in helping you, the Disney guest plan their magical Disney Vacation!

Beanblossom Family – This was our first trip to Disney World. Jenn was very helpful in planning our vacation. Jenn went through all of Disney’s resorts and recommended ones that she had enjoyed most on her visits. After getting our Disney trip booked she made dinner reservations for us, each night, based on the types of food that we liked.
Up until our actual vacation she stayed in contact with us through emails sending us links and videos on Disney. This really got us excited about our trip. Right before our trip we received an itinerary with information on parks hours for each day and magic hours for each of the parks. It also included our reservation information. The Disney Magical Express was also taken care for us.
We really had a wonderful time in Disney. We enjoyed so much and being in Disney really does make you feel like a kid again. We loved having dinner in Cinderella’s Castle. The food was amazing and atmosphere really added to the dinner. I felt like royalty when the waitress called us “lord and lady.” Meeting all the princesses, during dinner, was a great and unique opportunity for pictures and talking to them one on one.
We enjoyed many of the dinners that Jenn had made reservations for us. The only thing that we were disappointed in was the dinner at Teppan Edo in Japan. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone if they were looking for a true hibachi grill. The food wasn’t all that great and not all of the food was cooked on the grill, like most hibachi style restaurants do. Also, the portions were very small. If you were using the Disney dinning plan you didn’t get your usual appetizer, entrée, and desert. When asked the reasoning as to why this was different than other sit down meals, the response was that their portions were bigger than other sit down restaurants in the Disney parks. So you were only allotted and entrée and a dessert.
We had so much fun on our Disney vacation. We have made so many great memories. Jenn is awesome and really helped make this a trip to remember. I will have no hesitations sending people your way, looking for a great vacation, in the future.
Creagh Family – Working with Jenn was an absolute pleasure; it was like having
a personal guide to everything Disney. In past Disney trips we have either
used a different travel agency or planned the trip on our own, but Jenn came
highly recommended from a friend. We called Jenn and instantly knew we
wanted her as our travel agent.
Our trip was somewhat complicated and chock full of events
throughout the week. We wanted to get the most out of our vacation
(Tower of Terror 10-miler, Mickey’s Not so Scary Halloween Party, 2 days at
Universal Studios, Halloween Horror Nights, and a few special dining
events), and finding time to do all the things we wanted was problematic.
Jenn was able to comprise a very usable schedule fitting in all the things we
requested AND even scheduled time for additional events occurring during
our stay. We were not aware EPCOT’s 30th anniversary was scheduled during
our stay, but Jenn highly recommended that we should go. It turned out to
be a highlight for the trip.
Jenn was extremely knowledgeable about all things related to Disney.
She recommended scores of tips, events, and dining locations. Because of
her suggestion, we now have a new favorite place to dine while we’re there
(Trail’s End at Fort Wilderness). Jenn also locked us in during a free dining
plan promotion that saved us a ton of money. She responded to all questions
we had well within a timely fashion (both over the phone and via e-mails).
Jenn was an enormous help to us and made our vacation a very
enjoyable and memorable experience. She is obviously passionate about her
work and enjoys sharing her tips and tricks to enjoying everything Disney
World has to offer. We will certainly book future Disney trips with Jenn.
