If you are a theme park fan you know all about annual passes and what a great deal annual passes are. Is the Virgin Voyages Annual Pass a great Deal? Look it’s pretty obvious that I am a fan of Virgin Voyages so when they told me about the annual pass idea I was pretty excited. But let’s break it down to what it costs.
So the purchase of Virgin Voyages’ Annual Pass provides you access to Virgin Voyages inventory of their cruise ship sailings, at no voyage fare cost, for the length of one year from the start date. Now that’s an unheard of deal.
If I did not have a job that required me to work in the office I would be signing up for the Virgin Voyages Annual Pass (VVAP)
I only see deals this great very rarely, and I would bet you this deal, if it’s offered again, will not be as sweet as it is for those that purchase this.
What dates is the Virgin Voyages Annual Pass Good For?
You can choose from the following start dates:
– 01 January 2025
– 01 February 2025
– 01 March 2025
– 01 April 2025
Then you get 365 days.
What does the Virgin Voyages Annual Pass Cost?
The cost for the Annual Pass Offer is $120,000 USD.
Ok, I know. $120k but that’s a full year of travel on Virgin Voyages cruise fleet.
So for $10k basically a month you could practically live on and travel to any destination Virgiin Voyages navigate too.
Yeah maybe the Scarlet Night Party would get a little old after 52 times, but maybe not.
Here are the particulars to buy the annual pass:
This $120,000 is to satisfy the voyage fare associated with any sailings for which you, the sailor, decides to create a reservation. Yeah, the cost of the Annual Pass Offer is due in full when you purchase it and is non-refundable. It’s important to note that, the taxes and port fees for each sailing will still need to be satisfied by the sailor at the time of booking each voyage through Virgins Red Glove Crew.
How do you pay?
The pass purchases must be done by wire transfer only, no exceptions to be made.
What are the Restrictions / Exclusions / Caveats?
The Annual Pass is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions.
-. Eligible Bookings. Must be a new booking onboard any Virgin Voyages’ vessel for a double occupancy cabin and made during the one year booking window from the start date you, the purchaser, has chosen. The booking must be paid in full at the time of reservation; and the booking is otherwise made in accordance with all applicable booking terms and conditions presented at the time of making the booking.
The Annual Pass Offer is available for purchase beginning 12:01 a.m. EST on Tuesday, 03 December 2024 until 11:59 p.m. EDT on Monday, 31 March 2025 or sooner once sold out (“Offer Period”) for access to voyages onboard the Scarlet Lady, the Brilliant Lady, the Valiant Lady, or the Resilient Lady.
You, the purchaser, will be the primary passenger (“Sailor 1”) on all sailings booked and will remain the same for all itineraries in the respective Voyage Period.
Sailor 1 must be 18 years of age at time of booking in order to be eligible.
Can I have a second passenger?
Yes!
Also the secondary passenger may be changed between itineraries as long as the cabin remains at double occupancy.
Can I invite a 3rd and 4th passenger?
A 3rd or 4th Sailor can be added to a reservation at the prevailing rate, as the Annual Pass Offer only covers Sailor 1 and 2 voyage fare. Pass holders are responsible for complying with all international travel and immigration requirements, including providing proof of onward or return travel where applicable.
What cabin do I get?
Eligible Cabins. This Offer is only available on a per cabin double occupancy basis. All bookings are subject to voyage and cabin availability and seasonality. Single occupancy cabins will be priced the same.
You may potentially be placed into our Central Sea Terrace, or Limited View Sea Terrace if no The Sea Terrace cabins are available.
What are the Eligible Virgin Voyages Sailings?
Heads up, you can not book overlapping or duplicate voyages, or any itineraries that are impossible to sail. Eligible voyages are limited to non-charter, open, revenue voyages.
Back-to-back voyages are eligible to be booked; however, the same cabin is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
Are Any Virgin Voyages Cruises Excluded?
The following voyages are excluded from being booked back-to-back, however are eligible to be booked individually-
– Brilliant Lady 23 September 2025 and 03 October 2025
– Brilliant Lady 03 May2026 and 11 May 2026

Ah, No. Shore Excursions and upgrades, are not included in any booked eligible sailing.
