Jennifer D - May 20, 2022 Lauren was outstanding! I loved the emails she sent the month or so before the trip that gave tips on everything from Genie+ priorities to where to stand for the fireworks. I printed all of it and used it throughout the week. She could not have been nicer or more helpful in planning the trip. I had a lot of questions and she never made me feel like I was taking up too much of her time. I would use her again if we ever go back and have already given her contact info to friends. She’s the best!
