Contest Rules

1. PRELIMINARY INFORMATION: No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Open to US Residents who are 18 years of age or older as of December 13, 2012. Sweepstakes begins on December 13, 2012 at 8:00 AM and ends on January 31, 2013 at 8:00 AM. All times in this contest refer to the Eastern time zone.
2. TO ENTER: To enter, register at https://pixievacations.com/win-a-disney-vacation and complete the registration form. This form includes name, address, telephone number, email address and other pertinent information. You may enter once during the sweepstakes period. Multiple entries received from any person or e-mail address will void all such additional entries. Entries generated by a photocopy or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. All entries become the property of Sponsor VLM LLC DBA: Pixie Vacations, Canton GA and will not be acknowledged or returned. All entries must be received before January 31, 2013 at 8:00 AM to be eligible for the drawing.
3. SELECTION OF WINNER AND ELIGIBILITY: The week of February 4, 2013 a grand prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from the entries. The winner will be selected by employees of VLM LLC DBA: Pixie Vacations, Canton GA from and will be notified by email. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in these Official Rules, or the Sweepstakes itself, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the judges and/or Sponsor, whose decisions are binding and final. Winner will be required to sign and return to Sponsor an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release within 14 days of notification. The winner must notify the Sponsor of their requested dates for the prize, plus include names of traveling party members (including birth dates of children) within 14 days of notification. If any prize notification is undeliverable, or in the event of non-compliance with any of these requirements, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Employees and Independent Contracts working for VLM LLC DBA: Pixie Vacations, Disney Destination Sales, LLC, and their respective advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) are not eligible.
4. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize vacation for a group of four (4) persons to the Walt Disney World® Resort. Vacation must be completed by December 31, 2013. Vacation may or may not require a Saturday night stay-over. Vacation fulfillment is subject to hotel availability at the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort. Certain blackout dates and restrictions may apply. Vacation is for the winning person and up to three (3) guests of the winner’s choosing. Vacation and vacation components may not be sold, bartered, traded, transferred or rescheduled to dates other than as set forth above.
Grand Prize vacation shall include the following:
One (1) standard room for maximum of four (4) persons in room at a Walt Disney World® Moderate Resort hotel for three (3) nights.
Up to four (4) Park Base Tickets for four (4) days.
Keepsake luggage tag (one per person).
Dining package includes one table-service meal, one quick-service meal, and one snack per person/night of package.
Valid for redemption most nights during Value and Regular Seasons. Holiday travel is not included.

The 3-Night/4-Day Magic Your Way Package is for a party of four staying at a select Moderate Disney Resort hotel. The Walt Disney World Resort requires that at least one member of the party be over eighteen years of age. Any incidental charges, such as meals, phone calls, laundry, room services are not included, and are paid by the recipient upon checkout.
Dining package includes one table-service meal, one quick-service meal, and one snack per person/night of package. Everyone in the room must be on the same package including ticket options. Package and package components are nontransferable. Tickets must be used within 14 days of first use. All tickets are nontransferable and exclude activities/events separately priced. Ages are defined as: Adult (18 and over), Junior (age 10-17) and Child (3-9). Gratuities not included except for participating pre-paid dining locations. Children ages 3 & 9 must choose from a children’s menu where available. Meals are nontransferable between party members and will expire on day of check-out.
Entitlement Exchange Details: One Table-Service meal per person may be exchanged for 1 Character Dining Experience (Cinderella’s Royal Table will require 2 Table-Service meals). Two Table-Service meals per person may be exchanged for one of the following: 1 Signature Dining Experience; 1 Disney Dinner Show (category 2 or 3 seating; category 1 at 9:30 pm show); 1 Cinderella’s Royal Table Experience; or 1 In-Room Private Dining meal. Merchandise or photo imaging products that may be offered at Character Dining Experiences are not included, except at Cinderella’s Royal Table. An accepted major credit card guarantee is required for reservations at certain locations. Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours before scheduled seating time or a cancellation charge may be incurred (charge varies by location). Reservations must be made at least 45 days prior to requested redemption date options. This vacation package is nontransferable and nonrefundable.
Once redeemed and the reservation confirmed, NO CHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Note: Items not included as part of the winning package are:
Transportation to and from Orlando FL.;
Hotel room service;
Laundry service and personal grooming services;
Alcoholic beverages;
Merchandise, souvenirs, etc.;
Spa facilities and other forms of recreation such as golf, fishing excursions, water sports, horseback riding, Disney miniature golf, etc.;
Arcades;
Local and long distance telephone calls;
Internet access;
Tips and gratuities;
Gated venues at Downtown Disney® and WestSide® to include Planet Hollywood®, AMC Movie Theaters and Cirque du Soleil®; all food & beverage, retail/merchandise and other attractions of the Downtown Disney® complex;
Disney Water Parks, ESPN® Wide World of Sports Complex, and DisneyQuest® Interactive Park;
All other charges not otherwise described above
The estimated retail value of the vacation package is $3,230.00USD.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from this promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the transmission of this sweepstakes or permanently disqualify from any promotion any person it believes has intentionally violated these rules.
WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT: VLM LLC DBA: Pixie Vacations, Canton GA will announce winner within one week of the winner’s name being drawn. For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope by January 31, 2013 to VLM LLC / Pixie Vacations, 149 Misty Valley Dr., Canton, GA 30114.
