Jamaica is one of the most desired travel destinations in the world, especially among people who yearn for paradisiacal settings. It is a place of the most fascinating sights but also home to numerous all-inclusive resorts that guarantee a vacation of a lifetime. One of them is Beaches Negril, part of the Sandals Resorts family, which offers astonishing accommodation and exceptional services. I just returned from Beaches Negril and several other Sandals Resorts in Jamaica this week, and wanted to give you an update on this resort that sits right on the famous 7 mile beach.
If you are looking for unique, all-inclusive Jamaica resorts offering a well-rounded experience for the you and your family, this is the one you need. In this blog, I have discussed its exquisite services so you can see whether this is something for you. Prepare to be amazed!
Key Takeaways
What is the best Beaches Resort that is a deal? Beaches Negril often prices out at a great deal for a family all inclusive Caribbean Vacation. Beaches Turks and Caicos is the flag ship Beaches Resort, but Beaches Negril is a very close second. Beaches Negril also being in Jamaica can have much more affordable flights than to Turks and Caicos.
The Surroundings of Beaches Negril
The main reason why Beaches Negril is considered a miraculous place is due to its gorgeous surroundings. The whole resort is enriched by lush greenery, which creates majestic landscapes combined with pristine white sand. The views are breathtaking, and that is exactly what you need when you want the ultimate relaxing experience. Jamaica all-inclusive vacations are meant to be enjoyed to the fullest, and this resort checks out all the boxes! The famous 7 Mile Beach literally is steps away from your room. The Beaches Resort is long and narrow so it gives you access to this very long stretch of the famous beach. Sandals Negril is also on the same beach, but father down the beach. I recently enjoyed Beaches and Sandals in late March and so many happy families were enjoying themselves at Beaches when I was there.
Whether you spend time just relaxing on the 7 mile beach or taking part in the numerous al inclusive activities at Beaches Negril, you will have a great vacation.

Here is a small list of some of the best things included at Beaches Negril.

Beaches Negril Luxurious Amenities
Since Beaches Negril belongs to the Sandals Resorts family, it is obvious that the hotel comes with unique and luxurious amenities you are going to love.
Plus, it is particularly tailored with families in mind, meaning there are different kinds of activities in which both adults and children can participate. In short, the resort is perfect for some family bonding and spending quality time with your loved ones.
The pools are quite spectacular because they come in different sizes, and each of them is authentic on its own. More precisely, there are three freshwater pools where parents can relax and enjoy the hot days in Jamaica. Moreover, there are three whirlpools that kids adore and cannot get enough of them.
The Pirate’s Island Water Park is an exquisite addition that provides great fun for the young ones. It includes a lazy river, slides, and a water playground. You will not worry about your children getting bored during your vacation because Beaches Negril will give them everything they could possibly imagine. However, the greatest feature of this water park is the swim-up bar along with the larger pool, which adults can enjoy while close to their kids. As I said, it is great fun for everyone and the ultimate vacation relaxation!
However, the poolside was only the beginning. Namely, Beaches has a water sports section located at the far end of the beach. There are plenty of options to choose from, such as kayaking, waterskiing, paddle boarding, and snorkeling. Those who want to take the fun to the next level can sign up for a scuba diving experience and explore the underwater world of Jamaica.
Once your kids awaken their adventurous spirit, you can take them to the recently renovated Kids Camp, which offers versatile entertainment for different ages. Let your children enjoy the slides or some Sesame Street programming while you sit back and relax with your favorite book and cocktail.

Beaches Negril Insider Tips?
The Beaches resort is about an hour and a half from Montego Bay airport. The bus ride is bumpy and with traffic can take even up to two hours. First make sure everyone goes to the rest room before getting on the bus. Second I would book my return home flight for later in the day. Beaches is going to want you to leave the resort FOUR hours before your flight time, sometimes the math even works out close to 5 hours before your flight. This is because of the long bus ride and also they want you at the airport 3 hours before your flight. So if you have an early flight you are going to be getting everyone up before sunrise and down to the lobby.
Bring lots of sunscreen, yes you can buy it at Beaches but it’s much less expensive to bring your own.
Plan your dining when you arrive. There are lots of dining options and sometimes the restaurants you want to dine at might be closed. So look at the schedule in your room when you arrive to see what you want for lunch and dinners and what days they are open. Also this goes for the water sports / activities. Go out and sign up for snorkeling the first day because it might already be booked up for your arrival day and you might need to sign up for a future day.
