Dawn Ellis

Hey! I’m Dawn Ellis.

I live in South Louisiana and I’m Cajun through and through. You can always catch me cooking up some rice & gravy or passing a good time!!  I’m married to the love of my life and bestie, Stephen. We have 4 children (Madeline, Emily, Beau & Henry). We are also a foster family, so we usually have extra littles in the house. It’s been a blessing being a safe place for these children.

I have a passion for all things hospitality and travel. I actually received my Bachelor’s in 2009 for Hospitality Management. I also have a unique love for Disney…. I have a children’s handmade clothing shop that I constantly make themed clothes for littles to wear on their Disney trips. Our family’s mission is to see all 50 states before our oldest turns 18 and we are halfway to our goal.
