Hi, my name is Kourtney. I am happily married to my husband Joe. We have three children, Kyler, Keagan, and Kameron (who are all crazy about Disney). My love of Disney began when I was just a girl and has never faded; in fact, I would say it has gotten stronger. My family loves Disney vacations more than any other (well except maybe my husband…I am still working on that). We have been to Disney theme parks several times in both Orlando and Paris and certainly have developed many Disney family memories. While I haven’t stayed at all of the properties, I have visited most during my trips so I can provide a first-hand account of the sights and sounds Disney has to offer.
I would have to say my favorite part of a Disney vacation is seeing people experience it for the very first time. I have enjoyed seeing the looks on the faces of my husband, my mother, my in-laws, each of my kids, and even the high school dance team I used to coach.
Each time I help plan a Disney vacation for a client, I provide many services (and even some personal touches) so there are no worries, other than to have FUN!

My son wanted to visit Harry Potter WW in Orlando for his HS graduation present. We were fortunate to connect with Kourtney who suggested the 5 night package. We were even luckier in that the new Diagon Alley section opened on the 8th. Seeing people stampede to wait over 4 hours on line for a glitch ride was very amusing. The limo, hotel, breakfasts went off without incident and the hotel was very nice. The vacation package met expectations and Kourney very patiently responded to my questions. She was excellent.
Kourtney helped my sister and I plan a weeklong trip to Walt Disney World with my nieces and nephews. She booked our airline tickets, arranged our transfer from the airport to the resort, and made sure we had everything we needed at the resort and parks. Her dining recommendations were perfect for everyone in the group and created fantastic memories for the entire family!
While standing in line at Splash Mountain, we decided we needed a change in dinner plans later that week. We sent her a message through her Facebook page and by the time we made it to the end of the ride, she had updated our reservations. She even gave us tips about the best place to watch fireworks that night with the kids. Great service!
My agent was Kourtney Kantor and she deserves a 10/10 on all counts. There’s nothing she could have done to better prepare us for our vacation abroad. We heard of Pixie Vacations from Kourtney’s post on social media and I recommended her on social media as well because we will definitely use her to book vacations in the future. By far her knowledge and prompt responses were the most helpful. She sent me lists of resorts and knew the pros and cons of each location for our Jamaican vacation. Additionally she accomplished meeting my needs via messages and I never had to leave my house. She made me feel confident this vacation would be everything we hoped for and she was right. She took the stress out of the entire process by handling everything for us.
I have to give a shout out to Kourtney Laird Kantor…she is my former classmate and is now a travel agent through Pixie Vacations, she helped us through the entire international vacation process, booked all the reservations and all of this was done from the comfort of my home…she answered all my questions immediately and had expert advice…highly recommend her if you’re going big or small give this girl a message and be on your way to making magical memories thanks so much kourt….we loved jamaica and everything was absolutely perfect!!
