Debbie Nebel exemplies all of the “best of the best” of customer service. She provides the magic of Disney and our family would recommend her to anyone who is planning a Disney experience. She is AMAZING and provides current information for informative decisions with such a depth of knowledge and professionalism. She provided the platform for us to plan and execute a 40th surprise birthday for my sister. Our family group size was a total of eight with ages ranging from 8 to 77 years of age. Debbie made the process seamless and took care of us each step of the way. Her attention to detail an anticipation of our experience was great. It should also be noted that Debbie’s communication is so responsive in such a timely manner with professionalism and patience that you have the utmost confidence in her and the plans for the Disney experience. Debbie Nebal is highly responsive and informed on all things Disney. I like to research vacations and become quite knowledgeable on the locations we visit so Debbie’s “insider knowledge and access” really comes in handy during the planning stages and while we are there.

Debbie was FANTASTIC! I have used other travel agencies in the past, but Debbie earned my future business for sure! She was accessible, quick to respond, and quick to help. Our family travels to Florida (Disney and now once to Universal) fairly regularly and I will definitely return to her in the future.

I used Pixie Vacations to book a quick 3 day trip to Universal Studios Orlando and I was so impressed and blown away at the service Debbie provided us. She took time to work and get us the best price possible, changing dates more times that I can count and then finally getting us all set to have a BLAST which we did. Harry Potter World makes it worth every penny. Debbie even checked on us several times while we were there to make sure we were having a great time. Just above and beyond and I would recommend her a 1000 times over. Will for sure use her in the future for any vacations we take that Pixie handles. Next on our list is Universal Hollywood, Disney World and probably Sea World.

Debbie is the best! She is flexible, works within any budget, and truly cares about your experience. She is known amongst our friends as “Disney Debbie” and is such an amazingly wonderful planner for so reasons! Debbie makes everyone feel special and loved. We think she rocks!

Debbie has planned our trips to the Walt Disney World Resort for years….they never fail to be anything less than exceptional! She has also planned trip to Disney’s Hilton Head Resort….those trips too are some of my best memories.

Debbie works very closely with me to make sure she understands what I want to experience on my trips . She keeps up with all my reservations and deadlines. She offers options that I don’t even know are available . She considers all situations such as health issues, age levels, interest levels etc. I am amazed at how she does keep up with all my trips and I am pleased how she responds pleasantly with all my unusual and annoying questions.

When she booked my wife and I for our trip to universal studios last year she was very friendly and helpful. We happened to be down during the hurricane and they closed the parks but she got us tickets for this year at Halloween horror nights.

Debbie Nebel has made several trips for my wife and I, both to Walt Disney World and to Universal Studios Florida. Not only has Ms. Nebel been very accommodating to both my schedule and needs, but I have always been amazed with her deep knowledge of not just the parks themselves (everything from how to maximize ride times to special park events) but how theme parks generally work. Ms. Nebel’s dedication to her job has made everything about my trips fantastic and far more enjoyable and relaxing than I ever could have done on my own.
