The first Disney vacation I booked with her she surprised me with a Disney gift card!The second vacation I booked she was able to get me $900 off my cabin at Fort Wilderness and the cruise we booked she got us one of the best room on the ship on the top deck with an extended verandah! Where to start….I must say that I had never thought I would use a travel agent to book a vacation.  After all why would I pay someone else to simply go online and type my family’s names into a computer and book a stateroom, I’m a smart girl and I could do that myself – right?  Boy was I wrong, it’ was so much more than just making a reservation!  Michele is AMAZING and she turned our vacation into a “FAMILY MEMORY” and a “TRADITION”.  I can’t say enough about Michele’s fantastic customer service, attention to detail and just plain positive attitude. Michele is so knowledgeable about the ship, where to go, and how to make the most of our time.  Honestly, the packages that she sent us in preparation for our cruises, were nothing less than perfection.  She had done all the research for us.  By asking us questions during the booking period she had our families needs dialed in and knew exactly what we wanted, and delivered.  As a working Mom & Dad and parents to a sweet and active 3 year old, we didn’t have the time we wanted to dedicate to researching all the details that go into a great “time saving’ vacation like, places and things to do and not to miss to the things that may not be the best use of our time.  Michele had mapped out which excursions she felt we would enjoy as well as recommending restaurants and places to go on the ship.  She made us feel so special. We were so impressed by her that we have already booked another cruise with her for next year and our families have also booked with her as well.
