This was my 3rd Disney World trip that I booked with Lauren. She’s friendly and prompt at answering my email questions. My trips have zero stress thanks to Lauren and her superb planning!

The experience and customer service we received from Lauren at Pixie Vacations was absolutely 2000% beyond our expectations. We were scheduled to go to Mexico in March 2020 right when the Covid-19 Stay at Home orders were being discussed but not yet implemented. As my wife said, " I've never had someone work so hard to lose a commission." AND THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE COMPLIMENT! Lauren kept us informed up to the minute as to the status of our trip. We were scheduled to fly out at 7 AM on Monday, and finally canceled our trip at 11 PM Sunday night after, at that time, (11PM ON SUNDAY!) Lauren contacted us and virtually begged us not to go due to the uncertain conditions. We are not long term clients of Lauren, this was our first booking with her, but I guarantee it will not be our last! Laurens business model of absolute care for the customer is so refreshing in todays world! We have had numerous agents in our travels but Lauren is the best - HANDS DOWN! Thank you Lauren, and thank you Pixie Vacations for having such a quality Agent!

I enjoyed that Stephanie had options and recommendations throughout the whole process. The resources about restaurants and fastpasses was really useful and I am starting to look at them anew having finished my first trip (a bit earlier than scheduled) for when I can plan a new visit to also finish the things I had missed. The whole time before my trip communication was frequent and timely, and while on my trip I was also able to be in constant communication as issues of varied sizes arose as well.
