Hello! My name is Donna, and I would be happy to serve as your vacation specialist for Disney and beyond.

My love for Disney began when I was a child and was lucky enough to travel to the Walt Disney World Resort every year on our family vacations. Through the course of my 25 trips to Disney World, two trips to Disneyland, and even one amazing trip to Disneyland Paris, I have had the opportunity to experience many aspects of Disney vacations. From traveling with a group of 20 high school students and four teachers on a modest budget to a luxurious eight day honeymoon in 2011, I have seen so much of what Disney has to offer their guests, and I would love to share that with you!

While traveling to Walt Disney World, I have stayed at eight different on-property hotels, as well as several off-property hotels. I have stayed at Value resorts, Moderate resorts, Deluxe resorts, and even Deluxe Villas, and can speak from personal experience about each category. As someone who loves good food, I would be happy to share my thoughts about the counter service and table service restaurants inside the parks and resort hotels. Together, we will find the best meals (at the best value) for your family. If you are interested in any of the special events at the parks like the Flower and Garden Festival, the Food and Wine Festival, Holidays Around the World or even ESPN the Weekend I would love to help you make those plans, too. Speaking from first hand experience, these are all fantastic reasons in their own right to make a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. In addition to the time I have spent in the parks, I also had the opportunity to go with my parents (huge Disney fans and Disney Vacation Club Members) on Backstage Magic, an Adventures by Disney itinerary that took us around Southern California and right into (and behind the scenes of) the Disneyland theme park. This trip was one that I will never forget, and is another fantastic travel service that Disney offers with families in mind.

Morraye Family -  Donna helped us book our resort reservations and all of our sit-down dining reservations. Once I told her which restaurants we were interested in, she sent me a spread sheet of available times for those meals. She sent us spreadsheets with park hours and parade and firework times for our travel dates. She helped us book our flights. She sent us an amazing 10 page summary with day by day suggestions and hints, including exactly how to navigate the Orlando airport and Magical Express Service and how to best navigate each park. Most importantly, she helped us make some very last minute decisions on travel and flights as our trip was impacted by Hurricane Sandy. At her suggestion, we ended up flying out of Philadelphia a day early to beat the impending storm. Had we not left on 10/28/12 we would have been stuck in Philly until mid-week and would have missed half of our trip. She then arranged and payed OUT OF POCKET for a private car to come pick up us up at the 1st hotel and transport us to the Polynesian to begin the rest of our previously planned vacation.
